The customer can run their entire project themselves, or allow TLYS to assist to any degree they desire, whether as a complete project manager or merely to offer advice on issues that arise. Or even not be involved at all. The customer decides how involved they want us to be.

Taylor Lane worked as part of the team and provided expertise and guidance as needed throughout the entire refit, thus successfully completing this project in 8 weeks, exceeding the expectations of the owner and captain and allowing them to enjoy their summer season. TLYS was involved from the beginning to the end, organized & facilitated the meetings for all parties involved with the insurance claim and was asked to get all of the bids and contractors together. Insurance company assessed damages. The Insurance Underwriters & owners chose the contractors. TLYS was on the project from start to finish with all reports & billing managed by TLYS.
